InspectionSite Terms of Use

The website www.inspectionsite.cloud (“Site”) is managed by Orangedev s.r.l. (“Orangedev”). By accessing and consulting the Site, the user accepts, without limitations or reservations, the Conditions specified below. If the Conditions are not accepted, the user is invited not to use the Site.
The site is owned by Orangedev s.r.l. with registered office in via Panciatichi 40, – 50127 Florence (FI), Tax Code and VAT number 06689280482 (“Orangedev”).

Restrictions on the use of the contents and information published on the Site
The trademarks, logos and any other distinctive sign appearing on the Site are the property of Orangedev or its commercial partners, and cannot be used in any way, shape or by any means without the prior written consent of Orangedev.
All information and content published on the Site are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights and, unless otherwise indicated, may not be used, either totally or in part, or copied, reproduced, transferred, published or distributed. in any way without the prior written consent of Orangedev.
The user may download and/or print the information solely for personal use and for non-commercial purposes. In any case, the user may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, send or use the Information, including texts, images, contents as well as any software present on the Site, for advertising or commercial purposes without the prior authorization of Orangedev.
Any unauthorized use of the material contained on the Site, without the consent of Orangedev, may constitute a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights and/or other applicable laws.

User registration
The products offered for sale on the Site can only be purchased by users who have completed registration on the Site (“Account/Registration”).
Each user can register on the Site, entering their data in the appropriate registration form, if they intend to proceed with the purchase of products sold through the Site. The user guarantees to Orangedev that the information provided for registration is up-to-date, truthful and correct and undertakes to communicate any variation of the data concerning the registration. The communication must take place by modifying your account.
The purchase of products on the Site is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale which will be submitted to the user during the purchase phase.
The user can request cancellation of the Registration at any time and for any reason, communicating this decision to Orangedev Customer Service by email to privacy@orangedev.it.

Liability and indemnity
The user guarantees that the information provided during the Registration procedure is complete and truthful. He also undertakes to keep these credentials secret and to make sure that no one has access to them.
The user must inform Orangedev without delay in case of suspected misuse and/or disclosure of their authentication credentials.
Orangedev cannot guarantee the truthfulness of the data provided by users during registration. Therefore, it cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages suffered due to the use of false data by users.
The user agrees to indemnify Orangedev and all the companies of the group to which it belongs from any indemnity obligation towards third parties deriving from or in any way connected to the violation of these Conditions of Registration, the rules incorporated therein and any applicable law .

Third Party Sites, Links and Content
Orangedev cannot control the content of third party sites and external pages to which the Site may be linked in any way, and assumes no responsibility for the materials and information contained in such sites with respect to which Orangedev has some connection from its own site. The connection to pages external to the Site takes place under the responsibility of the user. Connection via links to other sites does not in any way imply that Orangedev has collaboration or affiliation relationships with the third party owners of these sites.
